I’ve always had squash sweet with cinnamon and sugar but I wanted to make this for dinner and didn’t want it to feel like dessert. This recipe came out very well with mushrooms, onions, celery, butter and of course – mozzarella and parmesan cheese. I thought it was very tasty!
