Yearly Event?

This has certainly become a busy time of year for us and we are at it again with moving! Didn’t we just do this a year ago exactly? Why yes we did. Here’s the run down:

February 12, 2008 – bought a house for Valentine’s.
June 25th, 2009 – Sold a house on one of the family members birthdays.
July 16, 2010 – potential date to buy a house, also our anniversary.

I sense a theme here. Anyway, cooking has been slow and ordinary as of late. I really want another chance at making the Popcorn Tofu cause I really did enjoy it. The other day I actually made some rather delicious Carob Brownies. They were quite seriously the perfect texture, a mix between cakey and fudgey. I will make them again soon and be sure to include a photo you can drool over.
