Neatloaf – Attempts 1 & 2

I made this. It was yummy. In fact the sauce was so good, I could have eaten all of it before it was time to put it on the loaf. The loaf smelled wonderful while mixing it and Shane was a fan of this dish.

The second time I made it was even better. I ran out of the required cornflakes – only had half the amount – so I subbed homemade breadcrumbs. It gave this dish a whole new consistency – much better! Never having been much of a meatloaf fan growing up, I’m sure glad I gave this recipe a try. Way better sauce for sure than any meatloaf I ever had!
