Delish Pot Pie

I refuse to be wasteful and since we had quite a few leftovers from Thanksgiving, I made a yummy Turkey Pot Pie. This was made with a double crust – always fun. I finally found a good crust recipe and this was quite moldable. I rarely get to use my pie dish so that also excited me! Maybe next time i can work on making the dough look prettier – with a cool pastry cutter or something.

This was filled to the brim and I even had a little leftover filling. Quite tasty I do say and honestly, since I’m not a meat person, I would have loved it even more without the turkey.
