Then I figured out what I&#8217;d do with it&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve always had squash sweet with cinnamon and sugar but I wanted to make this for dinner and didn&#8217;t want it to feel like dessert.\u00a0 This recipe came out very well with mushrooms, onions, celery, butter and of course &#8211; mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
