Training to switch and flip into a training mentality.  Coming out of hte darkness of a significant injury isn&#8217;t a small task.   That being said, today on this ride felt solid.  My right quad is letting me know that it&#8217;s working post right lower hip adductor tear.  Time to get some body-weight balance into the mix.  Overall tho, I like this route to help me refocus my mindset.
