It&#8217;s an older couple named Frank and I forget his wife&#8217;s name, but he remarked &#8220;I see you rushing , but wanted to say hi&#8221;.  It&#8217;s always nice to encounter and meet new people.  The swim was rushed, but I felt good.  My legs are screaming at me as I am loading them up from cycling over 60 miles for the week and adding in runs.  So, although trying to beat the clock for a worthwhile swim, it felt good and strong.  I did notice a few times my form getting a bit lack luster &#8211; so I need to focus a bit more there.  Also, another swimmer grabbed my attention.  He started his questions with:  how often do you swim.  I responded &#8211; &#8220;not enough&#8221; :). He continued and asked some questions about what my Pull Buoy (PB) is and why would one use it.  So, I responded with, this is the only 1 of 2 pieces of advice I ever really give &#8211;  there is so much bad swimming advice offered.  I shared the 30 day Pull Buoy challenge and why.  As I watched him swim, his feet were about 12 inches off the pool floor as he kicked from his knees.  He asked what the other piece of advice was &#8211; I said swim more often &#8211; and that looks different for each of us.  He laughed and share that he is a drywall contractor and travels.  Seemed like a good guy, looking to improve and seemed very willing to ask questions and receive the information.   I was able to get the last 300 in after this last conversation as I watched this guy swim about 50 to my 100.  He walked away with a smile and a thank you!  Frank also thanked me as he said the guy asked me questions, but I recommended he asked you, as Frank has seen me coming back to swimming.
