I try to keep cadence and power controlled at cadence at 60 &#8211; 80 % power &#8211; using feel.  Yes, I have the data per se, but its calibrated tot he wahoo and I don&#8217;t have all the fancy pedals or cadence sensors or HRM strap.  I do this so that when I am in an event and have to make decisions, I can be as most prepared as possible to read my body despite all the things beyond my control.
