Well, I know Mercury is in retrograde.  So, it must be it!  Am I right?  So I headed out with a hearty walk down the hill, eased into the run.  Mindful of my HR and breathing.  Since it has been since my injury with a few intermittent run spats.  The objective was to keep it slow and about 30 minutes moving.  What I normally do not do &#8211; listen to C 26 podcast.  Do a walk into the run, and out of the run.  Slow, controlled, mindful of my stride and pace and form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Who knows what is next, the big thing here is after waking up and being in the hot tub unbeknownst to anyone in my household.  The impression to go for a run and its time to get back to it was nice.  I have thrown my running gear in the closet next to my wife&#8217;s speciality locker (hahahaha).  I have some new <a href=\"https:\/\/mizunousa.com\/running-wave-creation-20-mens\">Mizuno Wave <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/mizunousa.com\/running-wave-creation-20-mens\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">creations<\/a>.
