When I do the internal work first (often while swimming, biking and running), I\u2019m better equipped to help others believe in themselves and achieve more. These aren\u2019t just abstract stoic ideals\u2014they\u2019re daily practices that shape how I lead and live.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recently, I came across Thi Nguyen\u2019s insight about how people often outsource their value systems.
