Triathlon coaching reveals those realities in a similar but different lived reality and execution. A system coach optimizes outcomes. A human coach metabolizes the journey. Dan Lorang is not the most accomplished triathlete, yet he carries a lived tolerance no model can simulate. His gift is scope. When Jan Frodeno pressed him about normalizing approaches across athletes, Dan answered with clarity: \u201cI don\u2019t do that. The data doesn\u2019t allow for that.\u201d<\/span><\/p>
