I had to remind myself along the way, that we each come with different strengths, points of view, cadences etc.<\/p>\n<p>My runs were solid.&nbsp; I reminded myself with the loaded work stress, to concentrate on eating better, upped my protein intakes, quality of food, and then just cruised on my runs.&nbsp; I mentioned in my blogpost&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/zentriathlete.blogspot.com\/2019\/07\/2019-july-26-check-in.html\">Click her to see post<\/a>&nbsp;about the run around the \u2018Big House\u2019.&nbsp; I was able to repeat that run with a different set of eyes and a simple focus of just complete the time.&nbsp; There was what appeared to be a local running group, and as I turned the corner, one of them was like \u201cYou are supposed to stop here and die for a minute before we head back\u201d.&nbsp; I kind of laughed and was like, I\u2019m not from here, but I am melting.&nbsp; Quick smiles greeted me with a \u2018have a great run\u2019 and \u2018don\u2019t melt\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The one thing that stood out to me, all the waves, the friendly hello\u2019s from the non-running folks and just a general cool feeling, but the campus was not in session.&nbsp; My simpler run was nice too.&nbsp; I wasn\u2019t chasing paces, but trying to rediscover my feel.&nbsp; I think I have been trying to rediscover things for a bit now.<\/p>\n<p>I saw something in my FB feed where it said that we were 38 weeks out from the big day at St George.&nbsp; It\u2019s an interesting space to be right now.&nbsp; I am thinking that I want to break things up into 4 major 8-week blocks with 1 week for each to be 9 weeks.&nbsp; That way I can concentrate on my base, then continue forward.&nbsp; I just posted a few new motivational videos.&nbsp; If you ever find yourself needing a good resource \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLGynJD-Ty5H04s4GrKcXHQBqRgXC3Lyog\">Click Here for SzTri 2019 playlist \u2013 Youtube.<\/a>&nbsp; I do not know who this person or group is, but they are fairly solid pieces of work that I tend to always find a gem of a motivational on any given day.&nbsp; Well, back to the grind and the consistency of #familybalancetri.<\/p>\n<p>Cheers!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Activities \u2013&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>I use the following trackers:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Garmin Connect (which pushes the files to the following services):<\/li>\n<li>Training Peaks<\/li>\n<li>Strava<\/li>\n<li>and the ones I don\u2019t remember (Map my stuff via Under Armour and things like the Great Bicycle ride initiative stuff)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Honestly, I mainly use Training Peaks as I pay for an annual subscription on it now, and it is the most detailed in data and other helpful information to keep me where I want to go.
