In the IM 70.3 I did a 1 hour 13 minute missing the cut off by 3 minutes, although I went on to finish the triathlon as they allow us to do.  I am ready and now just have to maintain this base and hopefully even get down to sub 45 minutes, and well, I am enroute.  This less than 50 minute time is 23 minutes faster than the open water, and I expect 6 minutes or so due to sighting and drifting in open water.<br \/>\nGetting stoked as I am about 5 lbs away from my initial goal weight.  Bring it on!
