Sugar Cookies – major fail! But still fun.

Look at this and tell me that looks like a healthy sugar cookie dough. Say it and then try not to laugh.

It refused to knead together! It was completely impossible to roll it out to even attempt to use cookie cutters! This is what I managed to accomplish after much applied arm strength.

Pretty sad I’d say. They did taste good but I can honestly say they did not all get eaten. A few days later I did manage to make an amazing batch of gingerbread cookies! That post comes later!
