So Delicious Black Bean Casserole

I was a little nervous making this recipe. I wasn’t completely sure about mixing together all the ingredients being used. But as it baked in the oven, the yummy aromas made their way into my living room and I quickly became excited to eat this! We’ve made it twice so far and it is on the menu for the next half of this month.
