Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Bread
Being on this candida diet has been driving me nuts. When I think about all the foods I can’t have – I start to forget about all the good stuff still out there and I am forced to really use my imagination. Luckily – for this recipe I didn’t need much creativity. Thanks to the Gluten Free Goddess, Karina – I was able to make a most delicious loaf of Pumpkin Pie Bread this morning. I simple subbed out anything that had sugar in it. I used Stevia instead of brown sugar and went a little heavy on the molasses since I can’t have maple syrup. I did make this recipe in the oven and was nicely rewarded with a nice moist loaf. Mmmmm
