TRAINING VIA GARMIN CONNECT — Rouvy Ride

So many dreams get busted on Mondays. Training to switch and flip into a training mentality. Coming out of hte darkness of a significant injury isn’t a small task. That being said, today on this ride felt solid. My right quad is letting me know that it’s working post right lower hip adductor tear. Time to get some body-weight balance into the mix. Overall tho, I like this route to help me refocus my mindset. It’s a ride that allows for Big crank work for a majority of the ride, and a climb early on to keep me honest.
