Every once in awhile I can watch work related trainings and also get a ride in. Win! Win! This ride I decided to get 45 minutes in and then cut it at that. This was a longer HIIT like ride and perhaps and FTP glimpse for now. I need to keep riding and riding and riding. I don’t have races on my radar at this point so its time to just build. Sure come July I have the Cache Valley Tri, but let’s see what base I can get in. There were two major efforts in this ride that were 2 miles and 3 miles efforts and for being in a come back phase – I am pleased and grateful for the outputs. As they say, just keep on pedaling. on!
