Keeping this post short. I have seen a dr. It is a Lower Hip abductor strain (SEVERE). Monitoring for tear, and x-rays don’t show structural damage tot he hip. Physical Therapy may start this week. Grrr. May 6, I think it is for 70.3 IM St. George may or may not be happening.
