Well, the hardest thing about coming back to any type of training is for sure getting back in the saddle. Time presented itself so I took it. This ride was mainly a cadence ride to begin finding fitness. It is so elusive for sure. One ride at a time. I wanted to hit 10 miles, bonus I wasn’t too far away from 30 minutes.
