20240608 – Grinding away at twilight
My wife’s parents left earlier in the day and she was able to go and run in a local 5k. My wife is trying to get back at it with things, just like I am trying to do similar post injury. My wife has had a back surgery and 4 kiddos, so we support her endeavors almost no matter what. Kiddos are worn out from visiting with two sets of grandparents and enjoying the beginning of summer time. There is a lot of water coming down, and I am avoiding animal encounters !
We did get to the pool earlier and enjoyed a lot of sun, also tooled thru about 200 metres of swimming to see how my body is doing. Just wandering thru the wierd.
