Don’t let douchebags turn you into a douchebag. This is a great set of discussion points and reminders to not let the tools from Edward Bernay’s era tactics that are being used in many ways. Years ago I learned a similar technique to help manage folks that like to micro manage. It’s a tactic that serves well to manage the power control paradigm at work trying to leverage me in their own craft. Anyway, its about where I want to spend my effort and energies.
