TRAINING VIA GARMIN CONNECT — Rouvy Ride
At least it has video and is a decent fun ride to recall all the points I know after having ridden this about 5 times now – 4 in events, well Salt to Saint was just a reversed ride but still an event.
[activities] Most of my rides indoor are on a Wahoo Kickr Core, using my Kestrel Time Trial bike using the Rouvy app.

Fitness post injury is a humbling thing to chase. Add on that I am about to hit 50 in June and mortality is a real thing. One day at a time, one workout session at a time.
ROUVY – Challenge Samorin | The Championship 30 km
This ride was mainly a cadence ride to begin finding fitness. It is so elusive for sure. One ride at a time.
This means my initial connection point is via Garmin Connect platform. I use ROUVY for my indoor and virtual training rides, and that delivers my output to Garmin Connect and Trainingpeaks. Sorry Strava, I think I will just let things flow through unedited until further notice.
