I did it! I really have taken a lot of efforts to focus on form. Using paddles and no paddles and alternating each 100 yard set. Overall I felt pretty good only one real tired spot.

Another 2 a day - Later swim, cut it off at 500 as I rode 35 ish mile all total yesterday. Apparently this was a decent swim by the numbers. BUt man, I was a bit gassed.
Anyway, it was a good and solid swim and it was nice to have that 100 in the middle. Now back to the grind!
