2nd Run back post injury

I haven’t really been running much since the injury, especially after those first few months when I pushed myself too hard. Now, I’m taking a much more thoughtful and measured approach. I even slowed my usual hill run to a purposeful walk. Took a few photos along the way too. Honestly, I’m just grateful to be back out there, enjoying the rhythm of running again.
