Primary Responsibilities
- Apply the ObserveโInformโInstruct methodology to assess institutional needs, communicate insights, and deliver actionable guidance.
- Lead specialized, advanced functional and technical projects across diverse client environments.
- Discover and implement transformative, customer-specific solutions aligned with institutional goals.
- Deliver strategic and operational solutions based on industry best practices and effective methodologies.
- Independently determine priorities, methods, and procedures for complex assignments.
- Provide advisory support and leadership onboarding for key strategic roles as assigned.
- Facilitate and track progress for functional workgroups, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for modernization and improvement.
- Support clients in mapping and optimizing process flows across Student, Accounts Receivable, and General modules.
- Lead change management initiatives and provide documentation to support transitions.
- Develop and guide testing methodologies to ensure solution integrity and performance.
- Design and deliver end-user training strategies, including โtrain-the-trainerโ sessions when appropriate.
- Implement, modernize, and remediate CAPP and DegreeWorks, including modeling and break/fix support.
- Oversee A/R implementations and enhancements, including integration of third-party bolt-on technologies.
- Deliver consulting and go-live support for Ellucian Banner Student, A/R, and General modules.
- Conduct training sessions on Student Information System modules and related topics.
- Provide integration support for LMS, BEIS, and third-party systems.
- Maintain and configure National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) rules.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in technology and sales assessments to align solutions with client needs.
- Offer on-site support for Student module implementations as needed.
