St George 70.3 (first 72 km / 45 mi) – Sand Hollow to entry into Telegraph climb

This is my first non cadence ride with effort. I chose a familiar course. Portions of the 70.3 Ironman St George course. I have ridden this course 4 times in events, and a few portions in reverse during Salt to Saint as well. Anyway. Fitness post injury is a humbling thing to chase. Add on that I am about to hit 50 in June and mortality is a real thing. One day at a time, one workout session at a time.
