ST GEORGE 70.3 (FIRST 72 KM / 45 MI)

Tired legs. It’s interesting, I can tell I’m loaded, but although tired I am not gassed. I am stretching a bit on the bike a I have 6 ish weeks to the event and need to know that I can extend into uncomfortable. Tomorrow I need a swim or a run and will work around that. This ride is funny because the visual and the rout have time drifts as its just virtual and not a preferred or supported Rouvy route, but this gives me some insights on the profile of the course. Having ridden this section 4 times in a 70.3 and a large section in reverse during Salt to Saint, there are a lot of different memories that occur on the course virtual or in real life. Well, here we just keep going.
